Campion Center consists of two separate but related legal entities: Campion Residence and Renewal Center, Inc. and Campion Health Center, Inc. Both are works of the USA Northeast Province of the Society of Jesus (Jesuits), a religious order of Roman Catholic priest and brothers.

Campion Health Center is currently managed by Covenant Health, Inc. Covenant was established in 1983 by the Sisters of Charity of Montreal, “Grey Nuns”, to direct, support and conduct their health care, eldercare and social service systems throughout the United Sates. Today, Covenant serves as a sponsor and manager of multiple not-for-profit health and elder care-related organizations throughout New England.
