Campion Health Center is a seventy-bed, religious, skilled nursing and rest home facility managed by Covenant Health Systems.
Our qualified staff is committed to providing residents with an individual plan of care designed to meet each individuals' physical, social, spiritual and emotional needs. It is our Interdisciplinary Team approach to quality care that allows us to assess and create a care plan tailored to meet the individual goals of our residents. Our goal is to provide a safe and healthy environment in which you can experience the best quality of life as you continue your life journey.
